Return and Refund Policy 

How We Do It

If you receive a damaged, defective or an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request supporting evidence such as photographs to assess the issue. Upon verification, we will gladly offer a replacement or provide a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

*You must have contacted our customer support team and received confirmation for a return/refund.
*The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method and the destination. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

 

We will make our best effort to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

If your package arrives late, damaged or goes missing during transit, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please ensure that the shipping address, including contact details, is correct before finalising your order. Barlin will not be held responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
